I'm Lois, baker extraordinaire and owner of My Heavenly Cakes, a registered home bakery with a five star food hygiene rating,  nestled in the heart of Trumpington., Cambridge.   My passion is simple: baking wedding cakes that are as exquisitely beautiful as they are divinely delicious. Every tier is handcrafted with love, transforming Pinterest dreams into edible reality.

Lois made an absolutely delicious Victoria sponge for our little wedding. It was just the right amount of rich and sweet. The sponge was so soft and fluffy. The icing made me come back for seconds! Everyone who had a piece loved it.

Lois was even kind enough to deliver the cake to the venue. This gave us one less thing to worry about on the day.

I had six gorgeous vegan Biscoff cupcakes from Lois today. They were amazing. So light, fluffy and moist, as well as being expertly decorated. My whole family loved them. I had planned on doing an unboxing video to demonstrate how good they are but I couldn’t resist resist trying one, and now they are all gone. At short notice, Lois made 18 delicious brownies (triple chocolate, lemon and blueberry, white chocolate and raspberry) for a small work birthday. The packaging/display was beautiful and I asked for them to be individually wrapped. Collection was very easy and it was great to meet Lois. They looked and tasted absolutely brilliant and the feedback from colleagues was equally amazing. Thank you very much, look forward to using My Heavenly Cakes again!

Carrot birthday cake

Lois was fast and approachable and managed to make a fantastic birthday cake with very little notice. All the details to make it extra beautiful and tasty were completely from her brain. She could have just delivered a white cube and the brief I gave would have been fulfilled so she has gone above expectations. I am reliably and frequently informed that this cake was absolutely delicious - quite jealous I didnt get to have any. Thank you very much Lois.

As someone who is gluten intolerant, I was particularly impressed at you mastering the gluten free baking and creating a cake that was moist and held together very well. The best gluten free carrot cake I have ever tasted, in fact.
