Before you ask for a quote, please check my starting from prices for celebration and wedding cakes. Each cake is individually made to suit your needs so you may require extra charges for things like adding a Happy Birthday topper, fresh or fondant flowers, chocolates, fresh or dried fruit and figurines. All these items require extra charges including delivery for certain items if I have to order them online. I do not add these to your cake for free. The charges for cakes also include the cake board and packaging which is not for free as well as overhead expenses, ingredients and labour. To provide you with an accurate price please give as much details as you can about the cake you want or you can send an image to lois@myheavenlycakes.uk Please be advised that I can only use the image as an inspiration and to give me an idea of the cake you want as I cannot copy another baker’s work. I am happy to provide you with ideas and if there are any dietary requirements. Before you request a quote, please have a look at the portion sizes and prices below. They are ‘starting from’ prices for simple buttercream celebration cakes. Personalised cakes are priced according to the complexity of the design, decorations and the time it takes to create the product. Please note, I charge £5 quotation fee for themed cakes and £10 for wedding cakes with complicated designs. I hope you appreciate the amount of time it takes to create a quote that is fair for both you and I.

Disclaimer
Once you have collected your cake, My Heavenly Cakes will not be responsible for any damage in travel. Your cake will come in a box to prevent and should be held from the bottom not sideways to avoid damage. Your cake is best transported in the front footwell of the car or in the boot using a non slip mat. Cakes should not go on the seat or on someone’s lap. No other items should be placed on top of the cake box.
Your cakes are made in a kitchen that uses nuts so there could be traces.
You are responsible for informing your guests of any allergens that may be contained in the cake. An allergen card will be provided when collecting or delivering your cake.
Deposits are non-refundable. This is because you will have booked a day in my diary so I will turn away other customers that want the same date so if you cancel, other customers will lose out. I also start preparing your order as soon as a deposit is made e.g. by purchasing things like packing, cake toppers, special ingredients or colours to go on your cake.
Last minute cancellations (within 48 hours) will not be refunded after full payment has been made. Your cake must be collected.
I don’t like to replicate other bakers cakes as they have spent time creating the design and I have a unique style so if you send me a photo of a cake you like, I will only use it as inspiration
