Do you deliver?
Yes! I offer delivery within Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Delivery costs depend on distance and will be included in your quote.
Can I choose my own colours and decorations?
Absolutely! Every cake is customised to your theme. Please note that colours may vary slightly in real life, and food colouring can naturally deepen over time.
Can you copy a cake design I’ve seen online?
I don’t directly copy other bakers’ work, but you’re welcome to share pictures for inspiration. I’ll design something unique for you, based on your vision.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes! I’m happy to offer suggestions and alternatives where possible. Just let me know your requirements when you complete the form.
What’s included in the price?
Your cake price covers ingredients, labour, cake board, packaging, and overheads. Extras like toppers, flowers, or chocolates may be added at an additional cost.
Important Information
To make sure everything goes smoothly, please note the following:
Transport & Collection
Once collected, My Heavenly Cakes cannot be held responsible for any damage during travel.
Cakes are best transported flat — in the boot on a non-slip mat or in the front footwell of your car.
Please do not place cakes on seats, laps, or stack items on top of the cake box.
Allergens
Cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, so traces may be present.
An allergen card will be provided upon collection/delivery.
You are responsible for informing your guests of potential allergens.
Designs & Inspiration
I do not copy other bakers’ work. If you send a photo, it will be used for inspiration to create a unique design in my own style.
Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, as your booking secures a date in my diary and preparations begin immediately.
Cancellations within 48 hours of collection are non-refundable once full payment has been made.
Concerns
If you have any issues with your cake, please return it to me so I can carry out a quality check and work on a suitable solution.
