Yes you can collect an order if you indicate this on your order form. You will be given the date and time for your collection once your order is confirmed which is an hour slot. A delivery time will be given and if you are not going to be in please let us know as we will not reattempt delivery. The cake may have to be collected but at MyHeavenlyCakes convenience. This is due to the fact that we may be busy with other orders, out getting ingredients or delivering other orders or simply out for the day.

Why should I order my cakes from you, a home baker and not from the shop?

My cakes are beautifully handcrafted using the finest ingredients. They are heavenly delicious as the name of my bakery. You get a personalised and professional service as I take pride in good customer service.

How do you work out your prices?

My prices take into consideration the cost of ingredients, packaging, stationery, overhead expenses (gas, electricity, water, internet, advertising, marketing) delivery costs of items ordered online, time taken to bake and decorate etc. Some cakes cost more depending on the complexity of the design or it may be a simple cake but may cost more because of its size e.g. oblong shaped (sheet cake).

What if I am on a small budget?

Please contact me using the Contact Form so that I can work with you to create something within your budget.

Can you make an exact copy of another cake designed by someone else?

I can only use the image as an inspiration and also with handcrafted cakes, I cannot create the exact design that someone else did.
